PW Capital Management, LLC was founded in July 2015 by Steven Irons who is the sole owner. Mr. Irons retired from his prior firm in June of 2012 as a partner after 19 years with a Global Top 25 investment management firm. His roles included equity analyst and portfolio manager for many multi-billion dollar portfolios. He was the portfolio manager for several value and core stock mutual funds and balanced mutual funds (fixed income/equity in one fund). In addition to his investment responsibilities, Mr. Irons was Chair of the Ethics Committee and served on the Equity Research Analysts Review Committee. Mr. Irons earned his MBA from the University of Chicago School of Business, with Honors and he earned his undergraduate degree from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude. Mr. Irons also holds the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
